Hollingsworth vs Perry Supreme Court Oral Argument

Join the Triangle Bar Association to listen in on the US Supreme Court oral arguments in the Hollingsworth vs Perry case. The Court will hear arguments on the issue of whether the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment prohibits the State of California from defining marriage as the union of a man and a woman. The future of marriage equality will be decided based upon the arguments presented.
