Join Professor Daniel Katz, co-founder of ReInvent Law, for this 30-minute overview of how the legal profession is changing and the courses and opportunities offered by MSU Law's ReInvent Law Program.  A 15-minute Q and A session will follow Professor Katz's remarks.

Professor Katz is known as a "rebel" in the legal world, believing that many of today's law students and practicing attorneys need hard, tech-savvy skills. He applies an innovative polytechnic approach to teaching law as well as meshing litigation with emerging software and other efficiency-enhancing technologies to create lawyers for today's challenging legal job market. Professor Katz teaches a series of innovative courses that help to equip students with the skills and knowledge that future legal employers will value such as E-Discovery, Entrepreneurial Lawyering, Legal Information Engineering and Technology, and Quantitative Methods for Lawyers.
