“While individuals remain competitive in their personal aspirations, we are all willing to help each other succeed simultaneously.”

At MSU College of Law, Daniel Brick is constantly learning. “There is always something to do in the student legal community, always something new to learn, always a way to participate in an interesting area of the law,” he said. He was attracted to MSU for the school’s wide breadth of legal opportunities available during the course of study for a JD.

Aside from clinics, journals, and moot court, Daniel was also intrigued by the college’s independent study option. He took a directed study course with Professor Bean and said Professor Bean’s knowledge and experience with business and international law inspired him to learn more about both areas of the law.

Daniel said another of the major strengths of MSU Law is the close-knit student body. “While individuals remain competitive in their personal aspirations, we are all willing to help each other succeed simultaneously,” Daniel said.
