Alumni Association Committees
The Alumni Association has eight committees that plan, organize and conduct programs and events for the benefit of all alumni. We invite you to get involved on a committee by contacting the chair of that committee.
Student Liaison Committee coordinates contributions to the Res Ispa student
newspaper, reviews student group funding requests, engages with Career Services for the speaker series, and attends the retreat for student organization leaders.

Student Mentor Program Committee oversees this program that pairs students with mentors for an optimal experience during Law School. Students get support and advice regarding coursework, time management and career opportunities. Mentors can share their expertise and ease the way for their mentees.

Distinguished Alumni Award Committee obtains nominations for the award, presents nominations to the Alumni Board, monitors the selection process, announces the winner, and organizes the award ceremonies and related events.

Strategic Planning Committee considers new features and trends, while planning and advancing future goals of the Alumni Association.

Finance and Scholarship Committee establishes the budget for the upcoming year and monitors the income statement and balance sheet for the current year. Also helps obtain contributions to the Law College Annual Fund and the Alumni Association Scholarship Fund, while monitoring the activity of both funds.
