Cancellation Policy

Apply Now

Michigan State University College of Law reserves the right to cancel the program in the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment. Applicants will be notified of cancellation as soon as possible. Notice will be made by e-mail and telephone. In the unlikely event of such cancellation, there will be a full refund of tuition and activity fees, and the program coordinators will help interested students gain admission to other ABA-approved summer programs. In the event of cancellation after a deposit has been paid, Michigan State University College of Law will use its best efforts to make arrangement for each student enrolled to attend a similar program, if the student so desires. If there are changes in the course offerings or significant aspects of the program, applicants who have paid a deposit or registered for the program will be given an opportunity to withdraw. The program has never been canceled in past years.
