- Our office serves in an advisory capacity for all non-academic matters in efforts to foster a since academic excellence and community for our students from diverse populations

- Producing Practice-Ready Attorney’s has always been the Law College’s motto.
- Each year we add highly credentialed students to the legal profession. Alumni networks serve as a great tool to foster relationships among other diverse lawyers in the legal profession.

- All events, programs, and services associated with recruiting, retaining, and matriculating diverse students into the legal profession
- Student organization funding for national diversity organization officer positions, conferences, programs, and events
- Community outreach and service to local, regional, national, and international diversity initiatives
- Academic success advising and support
- "Open-door" policy to assist with problem-solving for day-to-day issues affecting the lives of diverse students
