Student Lockers

To meet students' needs we have a limited number of lockers in the Law College available at no cost. Not every student needs or wants a locker. Consider registering for one if you have physical limitations that will make it difficult to carry books for more than one class at a time, or if you are a commuter student who will be in the building for long periods of time. Please review the Locker Map within the Law College building before registering. Below are locker registration instructions for the 2018-19 school year:

Re-registering Your Current Locker (Returning Students)
Deadline: Monday, May 14, 2018

If you are graduating in Spring or Summer 2018, you may keep your 2017-2018 registered locker until Sunday, August 5, 2018 without re-registering it. All other students taking Summer 2018 class and/or returning in Fall 2018, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the online form which can be found here.
  2. If your locker does not have a lock already on it, you must place a lock on your locker by May 14, 2018 and it must be kept on your locker for the entire summer. Any locker that does not have a lock on it by this day will be given to another student.

Re-registering Your Student Organization’s Current Locker (Returning Student Organizations)
Deadline: Monday, May 14, 2018

If you would like to re-register your organization’s current locker, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the online form which can be found here.
  2. If your student organization’s locker does not have a lock already on it, you must place a lock on your student organization’s locker by May 14, 2018 and it must be kept on your student organization’s locker for the entire summer. Any locker that does not have a lock on it by this day will be given to another student organization.

Registering for a New Student Locker
Registration Period: Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. – Sunday, August 26, 2018 at 11:59 p.m.

Locker registration is on a first come, first serve basis. There are not enough lockers for the entire law college student body. We recommend that you enroll in the TWEN course before the registration period opens just in case you have any problems enrolling in the course. First year students will get a WestLaw password and training on TWEN during the technology trainings on-campus in late-August.  If you would like to sign up for a locker, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to www.lawschool.westlaw.com 
  2. Enter your WestLaw username and password. Then click “Sign In”
  3. At the top of the page, click the “TWEN” tab
  4. At the top of the My Courses section, click “Add a Course”
  5. Select “2018-2019 Locker Registration” and enter password “ose” into the course password field
  6. You should now be registered for the course
  7. When the registration period opens, a sign-up sheet will be available under the “Sign-Up Sheets” tab in the left part of the course page
  8. Click on the “New Locker Registration” link
  9. Read the instructions and “sign up” for your locker from the available list. You may select only one locker. If you register for more than one locker, you will automatically forfeit all lockers you registered for and you will not receive a locker.
  10. If all the lockers are taken, please sign up for the waitlist here.
  11. You must place a lock on your locker by August 31, 2018. Any locker that does not have a lock on it by this day will be given to another student.

Registering for a New Student Organization Locker
Registration Period: Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. – Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 11:59 p.m.

Locker registration is on a first come, first serve basis. There are not enough lockers for every student organization.  If you are an officer of a student organization and would like to sign up your student organization with a locker, please follow these instructions:

  1. During the registration period, go to the online form found here.
  2. After you fill out the form, you will receive a locker assignment email from OSE after the registration period ends. You must place a lock on the locker by August 31, 2018. Any locker that does not have a lock on it by this day will be given to another student organization.
  3. If you do not receive an email by August 29, your application for a locker was too late and you will automatically be placed on a waiting list. Your spot on the waiting list is determined by the date and time you signed up. Your organization’s name will be kept on the waitlist throughout the year as lockers become available.
