Biography: Mr. Baker earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washington University School of Law. A former partner with Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn he is currently a Commissioner of the Michigan Supreme Court. He has been both an assistant and an adjunct professor at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, teaching courses in Contracts Civil Procedure Legal Writing Insurance Law and Conflict of Laws. He was an instructor in Wayne Law School's legal writing research and advocacy program.
