Mr. Timothy A. Dinan received his B.A. in political philosophy from Michigan State University and a J.D. from the Detroit College of Law, currently Michigan State University College of Law. Mr. Dinan is currently in private practice with Dinan and Associates, and is also an adjunct professor of bar preparation courses at Michigan State University College of Law and Eastern Michigan University. His primary areas of practice include representing clients in criminal and civil litigation, small business and real estate matters; representing title insurance carriers and real property interests in litigation matters; representing Bar Candidates for post-exam Appeals, Character and Fitness issues and private Bar Examination tutoring; and representing the interests of tenured teachers before the Teachers Tenure Commission. He also coaches sole practitioners and small firms in firm growth, increased efficiency and practice development.
