¬†Allison Eicher earned her B.A. in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law. Her work experience since undergrad has included positions at Pepsi Bottling Group, the United States’ Environmental Protection Agency, and Michigan Farm Bureau. After receiving her license to practice law, Allison had a transactional practice focused on the needs of agricultural enterprises and producers. She remains active in the State Bar of Michigan’s Agricultural Law Section, serving on the council since the section’s first year in 2012, and is serving as the 2017 Chairperson of the Section.

Allison joined MSU Law full-time in 2013 and earned her M.L.I.S. from Wayne State University in 2016. In addition to being seen at the reference desk and handling research projects for faculty and staff, Allison is the library’s Acquisitions Librarian, handling the purchasing of all print materials in the collection. Allison teaches both the research component of R.W.A. and Advanced Legal Research.

When Allison is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.  Her fall weekends are spent at Spartan Stadium and spring and summer are spent enjoying all that the state of Michigan has to offer.
