For Law students (J.D. or LL.M.) to be eligible to participate in the Program the student must have completed one year of full- or part-time law study by May 14, 2017, and must be in good academic standing at an ABA-approved law school or an approved Canadian law school that will accept credit from a U.S. study abroad program.
For other graduate students to be eligible to participate in the Program the student must have completed at least one semester of full-or part time study by May 14, 2017, and must be in good academic standing at a fully accredited University and the student’s program must be willing to accept credit from the study abroad program.
All applicants must furnish a letter from the appropriate official at their home institution certifying that they are in good academic standing. Additionally, all applicants must furnish a transcript (the transcript may be in electronic form if submitted directly by a registrar's office). Admissions are on a rolling basis, beginning October 6, 2016.
