Legal Education and Legal Career Experts Present February Webinars for Pre-Law Advisors

This February, the Midwest Association of Pre-Law Advisors and the Northeast Association of Pre-Law Advisors will partner with Michigan State University College of Law to host two free webinars to keep their members up-to-date on some of the latest advancements in the legal field. The webinars will feature experts in legal education and legal careers, and advisors will have an opportunity to ask questions directly to presenters during Q&A sessions.  

On February 2, ABA Managing Director of Accreditation and Legal Education Barry Courier will discuss ABA standards for accreditation, reporting requirements, LSAT waivers, and more. On February 10, Executive Director of the National Association for Law Placement James G. Leipold will address the recent improvements in employment prospects for law school graduates. He will focus on employment data for recent graduates and how the national recession transformed the legal job market. Mr. Leipold will also be available after his webinar presentation for questions.
