    (Evening of Apr. 4th at the East Lansing Marriott; all day on Apr. 5th at MSU Law College's Castle Board Room)

    Thursday evening will consist of a dinner and keynote speaker, Howard Davidson, director of the American Bar Association's Center on Children and the Law. (Thursday evening is by invitation only and is not open to the public).

    Friday will consist of three panels—on the child soldier, on those Convention rights enhancing the child's quality of life, and on the experiences of states parties in living under the Convention.
