Providing Students with Assistance
The Technology Services department provides assistance to students with academic technology:
- Connectivity, basic setup and how-to assistance with
- MSU NetID, MSU e-mail and MSU AFS space
- ExamSoft
- Trial Director
- Law College Novell Account ID and password
- Network access – both wired and wireless
- Distributive printing software
- Microsoft Windows XP & Vista installation
- Laptop software troubleshooting
- Antivirus and spyware scans
- Data backup to your own external drives
Please note that limited support is provided for Mac products and Linux.
- Repair referral for laptop hardware
- Support for Moot Court and Classroom Technology
If you are considering upgrading or replacing your laptop, we will be happy to provide recommended specifications.
