“Debating the Future of Global Food Law”

Please join us May 18-20, 2026 for our biennial conference, Debating the Future of Global Food Law, on the campus of Michigan State University.  This conference will bring together members of industry and the regulatory world as well as students, alumni, and faculty to engage in dialogue regarding the future of the global food industry.

Presenters and participants from across the world are coming together to explore international food law, with highlighted sessions covering topics such as:

  • Bioengineered Food
  • Inside USDA
  • EPR Regulation
  • FDA’s Approach to Food Ingredient Safety

Keynote addresses, moderated panels, and sessions will explore each topic through diverse perspectives and practical insights. Dedicated time for audience questions and dialogue is built into every session to encourage meaningful engagement.
