MSU Law Externship Program

Externships provide law students with an opportunity for experiential learning in legal practice settings. Externs work a minimum of 10 hours per week at their externship site and attend seminars led by faculty members to receive course credit for the experience. The externs may receive compensation for this work, depending on the arrangements made with the externship site.
