
Jacob Bronsther researches the theoretical foundations of criminal law and tort law. His current projects examine how crimes and torts constitute wrongs to society itself, and the modes of redressing such public wrongs; the similarities between the death penalty and certain prison sentences; and the moral and legal significance of intentions.
