Susan H. Bitensky

Biography

Upon graduation from law school, Professor Bitensky served as assistant general counsel to the United Steelworkers of America for three years in Pittsburgh, followed by four years of private practice with a union-side labor law firm in Manhattan. Before joining the Law College faculty in 1988, she was associate counsel to the New York City Board of Education for six years, dealing mainly with commercial and education law matters.Professor Bitensky has published a 425-page book Corporal Punishmen
