Mary Ann Ferguson serves as Assistant Dean for Access and Community Engagement at Michigan State University College of Law. She founded the College’s Diversity and Equity Services Office and has held senior leadership roles focused on strengthening pathways to legal education and fostering an inclusive academic and professional environment.
