Biography
Prior to joining the Law College faculty, Professor Pager taught as a visiting professor at University of Richmond, Seattle University, and Indiana University-Bloomington.Professor Pagers scholarship explores ways in which intellectual property regimes affect development and cultural identities. Much of his recent work has focused on creative industries.
