Paul Stokstad

Biography

In law school, Professor Stokstad was an articles editor at the Ecology Law Quarterly and won the prize for the best published student article. He served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He then litigated civil environmental cases for six years at the U.S. Department of Justice.
