From March 18-19, 2023, Michigan State University College of Law hosted the second National Moot Court Competition focusing on issues of Gender, Sexuality, and Law. The competition was hosted virtually with all rounds of arguments held over Zoom online.
In 2023 the competition featured 21 teams representing 14 Law Schools (Table 2: Participating Law Schools 2023) which saw 42 Advocates compete in three preliminary rounds. The top eight teams advanced to the quarter finals for the elimination rounds, four teams advanced to the semi-final rounds, and two teams competed for the final round of the competition.
