Auditing of Courses

Those who would like to audit a Law course, must apply for enrollment in the course.

If not currently a student in the college of Law, the person seeking to audit the course must first apply as a guest student.  This includes graduate or undergraduate students of Michigan State University, members of the Michigan Bar, graduates of another approved law school, or those who have a degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.

Guest students, at the discretion of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and with the permission of the instructor, may audit a College of Law course or courses so long as the auditor would not displace a regularly matriculated student.
